Our cabinets begin with only the finest quality materials, no particle board or manufactured wood. The cabinet box is constructed of 3/4 inch plywood assembled with pocket hole joinery. The interior is pre-finished using a UV natural finish.
All face frames are made from solid 3/4 inch wood.
Drawer boxes are made of 1/2 inch UV finished plywood. Dove tail & standard available. The drawer slides are 100 pound rated ball bearing side mount slides. Other options are also available.
We use as standard Blum Clip Top concealed hinges. All upper cabinets will have adjustable shelving. All cabinets are backed with 1/4 inch UV finished plywood.
A wide selection of doors and drawer fronts are available. Everything from solid 5 piece wood raised panel to MDF raised panel.
All finishes are lacquer based coatings.
